Residential architects are among the most responsive cohort for all direct-mail activities of the Grand Designs Media Network. They are engaged with the House of the Year program, take professional subscriptions, and are active in submitting projects for publication in print or online.

Residential architects use these publications to stay in touch with the latest ideas, and to help guide clients in their choices.

As of Editon No 12, those residential architects not already receiving Grand Designs Sourcebook via some other pre-existing arrangement will now receive it free of charge as part of a new sampling program.

Who is on the Grand Designs Australia residential architect list?

• Over 4000 contacts.
• These are all architects who focus on residential work.
• These are often boutique practices, but some larger practices are included.
