Executive Producer Emily Owens of Toffee Collective calls Eat Well TV the little show that could. “Shooting in the world’s harshest lockdowns threw us so many challenges. But despite all this, the TV Special for Eat Well has been one of my proudest achievements in 16 years of television. This wasn’t just about making a high-quality Christmas cooking special – the show was about building a community of people committed to making something great against all the odds. We were fuelled with purpose and surrounded by people and the Eat Well team, who were supercharged with a passion for food and celebration. It was infectious and a true wake-up call for what makes us thrive as humans. We are so proud to be recognised by the Telly Awards. Such an honour.”
