The finalists in the inaugural Grand Designs Australia Magazine House of the Year Awards have been selected and are now available for consumer viewing at  www.houseoftheyear.com.au

Members of the public are encouraged to take a look. This is a tour of some of the most interesting work by a group of designers who are committed to creating brilliant client outcomes on residential projects. You will see incredible creations from top residential designers and get to place a vote that might just influence the judges’ final decision.

Three of our lucky voters will also win one of three ultra-stylish lamps from our creative friends at The Montauk Lighting Co.

Grand Designs Australia magazine will cover each finalist project for the remainder of the year. These fascinating stories will reveal how each project came to life, and describe the inclusions and special design considerations.

Viewers’ votes will be passed to the judges, who will make final considerations and present the Grand Designs Australia House of the Year Awards in March, 2022. The judging panel consists of Editor of Grand Designs Australia magazine April Ossington, Editor-at-Large and TV show host Peter Maddison, Design Director of Kett Justin Hutchinson, and Marketing Manager of Rylock Windows & Doors Emma Truong.
